- 4th State Olympic Games, Uttarakhand
After the tremendous success of the 3rd State Olympic Games, the Uttaranchal Olympic Association again played proud hosts of the most talked 4th State Olympic Games 2018 in the State of Uttarakhand. The State Olympic Games turned out to be the big crowd puller with spectators filling up the stadium on each of the match days. The 4th edition will see the participation of nearly 5000 athletes.


- National Sports Day
Uttaranchal Olympic Association celebrates National Sports Day every year with a lot of enthusiasm and sportsmanship. People and sports enthusiasts from across age groups take part in the sports like Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Football.
- Queen’s Baton Relay
The Queen’s Baton relay for the XXI Commonwealth Games reached the state of Uttarakhand on the 5th of October 2017. The baton first reached Pantnagar, Rudrapur from Delhi and relayed across 5 cities in Uttarakhand namely Haldwani, Nainital, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and finally Dehradun. Several eminent sports personalities, Minsters, MLA’s, and state government officers from Uttarakhand took part in the event.


- Olympic Day Run
The Uttaranchal Olympic Association along with its member units and sports enthusiasts religiously celebrate Olympic Day every year on June 23, by conducting various activities including the Olympic Day Run, seminars, and sporting events.
- National Nordic and Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Championships
The National Nordic and Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Championships were successfully organized from 26 Feb to 27 Feb 2019 by Uttaranchal Olympic Association, in the directions given by the Indian Olympic Association for the conduct of Winter Games. The three-day National Alpine Skiing Contest was held in Auli with players from the Army, the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) as well as other hill states showcasing their skills in nordic, cross country, and alpine skiing, and snowboard parallels giant slalom.
